We are staying on a pretty blending the line between the game and the anime. We are allowing people to app from all over the series, this includes the Mangas/specials/all that jazz. In some of the Manga the story line goes into somewhat craziness (aka the elite four is totally evil and taking over the world), so we are trying to keep it more along the lines of of the game/anime for canon.

As for protagonists from the actual Game itself, I don't mind as much, but they don't have too much canon personality for game play, but again, its up to you, whatever you wanna do.

For creating AU's for the character, I'm sure we can help you out a bit. Our OOC community has an open membership, so if you need any help, just post there and all of our members and the mods will be sure to help you out :)
