No worries about the skin color, as long as there is a somewhat, "He ate too much broccoli as a kid" reason, that is totally fine with us. Or a birth defect, something, just a BS reason is fine XD

As for his psychic abilities. I would set Sabrina as a Level 1 Psychic in the series. Minor Telekinesis is fine and clairvoyance is okay as well. Sabrina can do much further things than that. And since you are apping from Psychonauts, I WILL ALLOW IT :D
